Questions
What are the items made of?
Mostly PLA, a sturdy plant-based plastic. Vases are for decoration or dried flowers and are not watertight. Some items have small parts, so keep them away from children under 3.
How long does it take?
Orders are ready in 5β7 working days after payment. Big orders may take a little longer β we'll tell you on WhatsApp. For Christmas, order by 11 December.
Delivery or collection?
Local delivery anywhere in Singapore is S$4. Self-collection in East Singapore is free β we'll send the details after your order.
What colours can I choose?
We print in white, black, green and red. For custom ideas or names, message us on WhatsApp and we'll quote you.
Can I get a refund?
Each item is printed just for you, so we can't refund change-of-mind orders. If something arrives broken, send us a photo and we'll reprint it for free.
